This Privacy Policy explains how Picatop ("the App"), developed by 4Dream Studio ("we", "us", "our"), handles information when you use the App. Picatop is a photo-editing and photo-collage app for iOS and Android.
a. Content you create. Photos you capture or select, and the projects (layouts, crops, text overlays, saved collages) you create with them, are stored locally in the App's database on your device. We do not upload this content to our own servers, and we do not access it.
b. Camera and photo library access. The App requests permission to use your device's camera and photo library. This is used solely to let you take photos and pick reference images within the App, and to save your finished collages back to your gallery. These permissions are enforced by your device's operating system, and you can revoke them at any time in your device settings.
c. Analytics and crash data. We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to understand app usage (such as which screens and features are used) and to diagnose crashes. This may include device model, operating system version, app version, general usage events, and crash logs. This data is associated with an anonymous installation identifier, not your name or contact details.
d. Advertising data. The free version of the App displays ads served through Google AdMob (rewarded ads to unlock certain features, and interstitial ads). AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address, and general device/usage information to serve and measure ads. On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before using the advertising identifier for tracking; you can decline this at any time via the iOS prompt or in Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
e. Purchase information. Subscriptions (monthly/annual Premium plans) are purchased and processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment card details. We only receive confirmation from Apple/Google that a purchase was made, so the App can unlock Premium features.
Your photos and project data remain on your device for as long as you keep the App installed, or until you delete a project yourself. Uninstalling the App removes this local data (except anything you already saved to your device's photo gallery). Analytics and crash data collected via Firebase is retained according to Google's standard Firebase retention settings.

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it.
Firebase and AdMob are provided by Google and may process data on servers located outside your country, including outside Ukraine or the European Economic Area. These transfers are governed by Google's own privacy and data protection commitments.
We rely on the security features provided by your device's operating system to protect locally stored data, and on the security practices of our third-party providers (Google, Apple) for any data they process on our behalf. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
